Growing Fast

Kahlan will be 8 weeks old tomorrow and she is growing so fast.  She loves playing on her back and is now smiling and cooing at people.  She has the most beautiful smile and is even starting to laugh.  Kahlan HATES tummy time and continues to army crawl off the playmat anytime she is placed on it (this started at 5 1/2 weeks).  She is also sleeping through the night and has actually started waking up slightly happy!

Kahlan has made two trips up to the lake (4-5 hour drive with a baby) and will be headed up one more time this week.  Then next week she will be headed to Barrington, IL to meet Grandpa Ward!  She travels very well and even just stays awake for an hour or two just looking out the back window.
